Every Quantum product is batch tested immediately after production. This disciplined process verifies the critical physical and performance characteristics of the finished lubricant before it is approved for supply.
Testing includes viscosity, NOACK volatility, cold-cranking performance, additive composition, water and sediment content, Brookfield viscosity where applicable, density, specific gravity and ASTM colour. These controls provide a detailed technical profile of every batch and reinforce consistency across the Quantum product range.

Shipment Verification
A retained sample is collected during loading and submitted for a second round of verification testing.
Documented Assurance
An approved Certificate of Analysis accompanies each outbound bulk order, with retained samples maintained for six months.
For every outbound bulk shipment, Quantum collects a retained product sample during the loading process. The sample is returned to the laboratory for a second, independent round of testing to reconfirm compliance with our quality standards. Once approved, a Certificate of Analysis is issued with the order, creating a clear and accountable record of product conformity.
Retained samples are preserved at our facility for six months, supporting traceability and responsible quality management throughout the supply chain.
