Quantum Petroleum signs technical agreement with SGS.
Quantum Petroleum CEO Dr Ralph Michael signed an agreement with SGS Petrotechnical Inspection, appointing SGS to support Quantum Petroleum with chemical engineering, testing and technical inspection expertise.
SGS will provide testing results and technical expertise to support compliance with original equipment manufacturer requirements and exceed American Petroleum Institute quality standards.
